Tuesday: Track Tuesday of course!

Wednesday: Crosstraining!!
2.05 miles recovery run on the treadmill and 2.39 miles on the elliptical.
Thursday: Rest day! Check out my sons cuteness though <3
Friday: Evening/Night 6 mile Trail Run with my Fleet Feet crew!
