Moday; Foam Rolling.The day before, I did a 10k assessment run for my coach ( super proud of my time by the way). I decided I really just wanted a rest day for myself.

Wednesday: REST DAY, enjoyed a nice dinner with co-workers.
Thursday: Weights and Cross training! Just some basic, easy leg work outs and a run on the treadmill, probably because of the weather that day.
BUT... I did get my shoes in the mail from Ragnar!!!! ( I have a Ragnar Ambassadorship)
Brendan wanted to foam roll too!

FriYAY: Rest Rest Rest, Saturday is Long run dayyyy!
Saturday: 8 beautiful, feel good, nicely paced miles with the Fleet Feet Crew! I was aiming for a 10:20 pace.

Sunday:.... Ohhh Sunday... How I planned a nice 2 or 3 mile recovery run... but ended up rolling my ankle the night before ( not running related ).
So its been RICE for the past few days!
Hope everyone's week and Labor Day Holiday went well!!! Coach cleared me for an elliptical session today! Yay!
